Since 2006, Thomas Hedley has designed and created quality homes for clients who appreciate the extra quality, style and added value he builds into his creations. Conveniently located in Cairns and the Atherton Tablelands. The Hedley Homes team provides a complete design and building service throughout the greater Far North Queensland districts.
OUR BUILDING PROCESS
Design
Within our comprehensive specifications, you can add other features to your building plan. During this design and costing phase, you will be well informed on what is included within your build, ensuring that what is featured within your quotation meets your requirements.
Build
When the construction process begins, you will have direct access to your Building Supervisor. Hedley Homes prides itself on quality over quantity, so you will be kept well-informed during the construction process.
Handover
At handover we will go through the home together and ensure that all is in good order. Then we will prepare a handover document as the final inspection has been completed and handover the keys for your new home!
